The staff is helpful, the breakfast tasty, the location is fantastic so close to the gardens, beach 1 mile away lots of chances for walking on High Down, and the Waterfront restaurant which is a nice local dining place with sunset view. The rooms are comfortable quiet and have pleasant view over the garden. The bathroom is large and the bed is very comfy. Would book again, can recommend it to others.

Think that this gorgeous hotel is beyond compare, loved it. The venue is clean and big, views are lovely, the location is lovely and perfect next to the Waterfront restaurant which is a nice local dining place with sunset view and Tennyson Monument.
